The DDPSE Lab received new funding from the National Science Foundation Engineering Research Center for Advancing Sustainable and Distributed Fertilizer Production (CASFER). As part of the center, we will work with interdisciplinary teams to merge experimental data and mechanistic knowledge to build hybrid process models for novel sludge electrochemical reactors. These models are needed to enable the design and control of these processes under varying incoming waste stream properties. You can find more information about the center here.
